The Self Build Motor Caravan Club built one of the UK's greatest collections of camper conversion knowledge. Rather than let it disappear, that knowledge has been preserved and reborn as SBMC‑Hub—a free, modern community for everyone.
For over twenty years, the club brought together thousands of DIY enthusiasts, custom builders, and explorers. This transition ensures that decades of collective troubleshooting, build diaries, and design wisdom remain completely open and accessible to both veterans and the next generation of builders.
